I support Account Executives by taking a consultative role in both prospective and existing customers' evaluation process. I take the lead on all technical aspects of the sale, troubleshoot development and configuration hurdles, and manage escalation to Support, Professional Services and Engineering. I develop and present technical POC's and custom product demonstrations, both onsite and virtually.

I lead the company's Upsell efforts for SaaS product and service add-ons, including Electronic Health Record (EHR), Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) services, and patient engagement tools. I work hard to ensure the client's satisfaction with current products and work with the client success and support team to address concerns. I conduct Business Assessments, providing in-depth analysis of a client’s current financial state. I present the findings to their executive team, along with suggestion as to how to improve clinical and business workflows to maximize efficiency and generate additional revenue. I am always conscious of demonstrating the value and potential ROI of our services.

I supported a team of sales representatives by delivering customized onsite and virtual demonstrations to prospective clients highlighting benefits of CareCloud solutions. My role included conducting deep discovery with prospective customers to understand their specialty, current workflows and pain points. I then tailored demonstrations to address those needs. During this time, I also played a key role in overseeing the Beta testing, implementation development and go-to-market strategy of Breeze, a patient-engagement application designed to modernize the patient experience while integrating into their PM/EHR system.

Working in start-up environment, I assumed any roles and responsibilities necessary to ensure customer success and increase number of customers and utilization of services. I managed enterprise accounts for groups within multiple specialties, and created business plans to meet client needs and conducted troubleshooting on accounts. I also presented company solutions to prospective clients, meeting with executives and conducting presentations, both onsite and virtually. I negotiated contracts, closed deals, and on-boarded clients. Working to ensure overall client success, I developed and implemented initiatives for specific accounts and trained end-users on EHR and PM software. I was promoted from Senior Client Manager (2011-2012) to Director of Client Education (2012-2013) to Director of Client Solutions(2014-2015)

I cultivated relationships with 30 individual physician groups, including the company's two largest accounts. I served as a liaison between our clients and internal departments including operations, engineering, integrations and finance to ensure the best possible experience and outcome for our clients.
