As a user experience and human factors researcher, my passion lies in understanding and improving the interaction between people and technology. With a background in psychology, international development, and health and human services research, I am equipped with the skills and knowledge to design and conduct user research studies that uncover the underlying needs, expectations, and preferences of users.My research focuses on both qualitative and participatory methods, including in-depth interviews, survey development, and usability testing. I am particularly interested in applying human factors principles to the usability and safety of medical devices and health and wellness technologies.
