Supported consumer brand marketing, corporate reputation, and agency operations. Consumer Experience: Supported AT&T’s anti-texting and driving awareness campaign, AT&T’s Team USA and other sponsorships; the transition of Cingular retail stores to the AT&T brand; consumer marketing initiatives for Walmart's seasonal merchandise, apparel, home, lawn and garden, and food divisions; media relations for Healthy Choice, Pampers, Spectrum, and Tony’s pizza brands. Corporate Reputation Efforts: Management of the AT&T Speakers' Bureau including evaluating opportunities and providing on-site executive support at the Consumer Electronics Show (CES) among other industry events; management of the SBC Customer Publicity Program to promote B2B technologies; and provided planning and communications support on the SBC-AT&T merger team. Agency Operations Expertise: Provided overall agency management support for the corporate, digital, creative, and research teams that serviced FleishmanHillard's largest account, AT&T. Responsibilities ranged from account team development, staffing, orientation and training account members as well as assisting with overall agency operations, industry awards, and financials.
