Research, develop and write policies and procedures, articles and other physician materials as needed. I also gained direct personnel management experience as the Production Supervisor & Editor for two years during my tenure.

Acted as the project manager on each and saw them through the production and distribution phases. Wrote and edited articles, letters, newsletters, and manuals for member and provider communities. Responsible for reviewing, editing, and approving Provider Relations, Medicare, Customer Service, Health Promotion, and Complementary and Alternative Medicine communications. Worked on nine quarterly newsletters for physicians/health care providers, mental health providers, union leaders, brokers, the age 65+ member community, and plan administrators. Conceptualized and wrote feature articles for magazine. Participated in creative brainstorming sessions, press release development, RFP preparations, and other projects as needed.
