I am the founder and Director of Bean & Bread Ltd. The business began in 2018 as a two-person operation in Abergavenny and has since grown to employ over 25 staff members. We now proudly operate two cafés and a bakery, with more growth on the horizon.The brand draws inspiration from my time living in Wellington, New Zealand, where I immersed myself in the specialty coffee scene, documenting my experiences through my travel blog. Upon returning home, I was eager to bring this culture to Wales, recreating the vibrant atmosphere and community I found in my favorite NZ cafés.In addition to our specialty coffee, Bean & Bread caters to a variety of dietary preferences, with an 80% plant-based menu to promote healthier choices for both people and the planet.
