Designed true performance, high sweat apparel - Designed across all categories with a focus and direct design ownership over all bottoms, shorts and one pieces- Researched global trends and innovations and participated in brand wide trend share outs- Used Illustrator and InDesign to create sketches for linesheets and PLM, including detailed illustrations for construction- Created & updated BOM's (approx. 40 in total per season) in accordance with the sample production timeline to ensure samples are produced and delivered on time each season. Design related tasks included assembling mood/product boards, editing tech packs using CAD software and organizing/labelling inventory. Material related tasks included sorting/organizing trims/fabric headers and sourcing trims/fabrics in NYC Garment District. Created an entire physical organizational system to house all trims and fabrics. Production related tasks included updating spreadsheets used for tracking orders/UPC/SKU numbers.

Assisted design team consisting of the senior & assistant designers with the development of the SS18 collection. Tasks included using CAD software to create and edit technical sketches. Attended and took detailed notes during fittings and meetings to be used later by tech design for updating patterns. Organized fabric headers by sorting samples by material, vendor and price. Assisted in research for the season by finding and purchasing vintage Adidas tracksuits from Ebay, deconstructing them and then "Frankensteining" them back together, manipulating the stripes and shapes to create something new. After we settled on a design, I would assemble the pieces together at the in house production room.
