Participated in the coordination and execution of various high profile events, including the ABSOLUT Boston product launch, Aspen Food and Wine Classic, 'A Day in an Absolut World' media and blogger event, 'Thrillist Week' consumer event series, and various added value events across the portfolio.Produced various media mailings for several brands including Kahlua, Pernod, Ricard, Beefeater, Beefeater 24, and Plymouth Gin. Designed and created the look and feel of the mailings from sourcing to delivery. Established strong relationships with various media outlets to ensure press coverage and product placement.Managed POS inventory orders, alcohol product quantity estimates, product orders and delivery, set-up/load-in/break-down staffing, signage creation, etc. Updated the brand guidelines and one-sheets for all PRUSA brands across the portfolio, consolidating and streamlining a wealth of information for easily digestible internal usage. Provide administrative, project management and activation support to the Communications Department. Designed and created a calendar of events across the PRUSA portfolio highlighting the team's activities for internal distribution and merchandising.
