Other roles include solubility determination and dose calculations of compounds which are to be tested.• Producing in vivo study reports: I have produced study reports to tight deadlines; this includes input and statistical analysis of data and generation of graphical representation of data to support my conclusions.• Data Analysis: Utilising validated statistical software to prepare and submit data in order to complete reports and to support IP applications. Generating new methods of analysing data and new ways of presenting data graphically.• Image capture and preparation: Responsibility for managing image capture during surgery and harvests and producing image presentations for scoring in order to meet our primary endpoint and for the senior managers. • SOP production: Production of SOPs and training and reviewing of new SOPs.My more general duties included general lab work such as the preparation of compounds and the randomisation of drug and placebo compounds. I also have knowledge of ex vivo techniques such as cell culturing and ELISA.
