I oversee market intelligence & research, marketing communications, corporate communications and public affairs, with role and responsibilities including:• Support the founders in defining the company's vision, mission and core values• Manage brand equity. Craft key messages and develop VI systems for the Re-Fire brand and its sub-brands• Develop mid-term and annual brand objective & strategies and lead the entire execution programs • Build partnership with key external stakeholder groups, including but not limited to customers and business partners, authorities, associations, research institutes and media • Promote Re-Fire through news releases, executive interviews, corporate collateral (print & video), website, as well as domestic and international social media such as Wechat, Baidu Baike, Youtube and Twitter• Increase Re-Fire's exposure through activities such as exhibitions, trade fairs, conferences, forums, commercial or corporate events• Drive internal communications through emailing, employee magazine, intranet and employee engagement campaigns• Collect market intelligence information and generate regular reports. Provide integrated analysis on market trend, competitive environment, political and regulatory landscape• Work with top management, R&D and commercial teams to define the objectives, scope, methodology of quantitative or qualitative research projects, define questionnaires and conduct market surveys• Represent the company’s interests by engaging with relevant political and regulatory audiences.
