Secures corporate partnerships, manages client relations & activates event sponsor campaigns to support the Vail Valley Foundation (VVF) properties. VVF properties span arts, athletics and entertainment including the GoPro Mountain Games, Birds of Prey World Cup Ski Races, Vail Dance Festival, Gerald R. Ford Amphitheater (Vail) and Vilar Performing Arts Center (Beaver Creek). Develop direct sales and marketing efforts to attract targeted event producers to; Recruitment of sports & cultural events, as part of a dedicated effort with the Vail Valley Sports & Event Coalition, by establishing regional cooperation amongst all municipalities to utilize underused infrastructure for maximum economic benefit.Drive group sales business by enhancing awareness of the Vail Valley as a group destination in key geographic feeder markets and across key vertical markets including participatory sports.Increase touch of the Vail Valley brand to targeted event planners and event producers through increased use of electronic marketing, continued attendance at trade shows & industry networking events, through national sales partnerships and via meeting/event industry memberships.

Maintain and grow current internal and external client relationships while prospecting new business in the wholesale and travel agent community.Assist in co-op marketing plans through various wholesale operators through tactics placed online, in newsprint and sales calls.Plan numerous client networking events at various locations throughout the US.Ensure adequate representation for 12 MGM MIRAGE Las Vegas strip properties at all tradeshow and industry networking events.

Collect data, allocate costs, and prepare reports that maintain the company's cost accounting system.Gather historical cost data and investigate cost structure for new and existing areas of LM Aero.Review overhead cost statistical sample to determine whether it is allowable per the Federal Acquisition Regulation and to ensure compliance within Sarbanes-Oxley.Intern - Cashier Office & Travel Accounting
