• Lead a three person team dedicated to providing programs and services to meet the needs of people living with epilepsy, and their families, across 79 counties in Central and South Texas. • Responsible for the implementation and oversight of multiple grant programs related to increasing participant self management, stress management, and memory care skills with a focus on improving seizure wellness. • Manage education programs that have provided over 200 training sessions about epilepsy, seizure recognition, and first aid to 15,000+ community members in schools, hospitals, nursing homes, workplaces, and businesses in the past 12 months.• Secured over $32,000 in grants for program support. •Manage agency volunteers across 79 counties and developed new volunteer program structure.•Created the EFCST's first Virtual Support group that will help to create opportunities for families and individuals in rural areas or those with transportation difficulty to still receive vital support and build important community connections.•Manage the marketing for all Educational Programs including Camp Brainstorm, Studio E, HRSA, PACES, as well as Outreach and Training. • Execute a Health Resources and Services Administration (HSRA) grant by: -Facilitate a Transition Education Program that prepares youth with epilepsy for life as independent adults. -Collaborate in the marketing and beta testing of an app to assist those with epilepsy in monitoring their daily medical needs. • Manage a group art therapy program that allows children and young adults with epilepsy the opportunity to express themselves through art. • Serve as Director for Camp Brainstorm, a summer camp for over 65 children with epilepsy.• Facilitate the pilot program of the Program for Active Consumer Engagement (PACES) grant program that provides self-management improvement techniques to adults with epilepsy.

• Member of the inaugural Board of Directors of the San Antonio College Alumni Association (SACAA).• Responsible for implementing new creative ideas to increase membership of the SACAA.

• Maintained database of program participant registrations and payments. • Coordinated program logistics, facility usage, registrations, resources and record keeping for the Education Department.• Prepared information letters, proposals, and other school correspondence and mailing lists. • Facilitated all aspects of the registration system, including running reports and training staff in usage of registration system.• Maintained financial records, reports, and special projects for the department.• Managed the 2016 funding and disbursement and booking process of over $51,000 to Title 1 Schools in the San Antonio Area that allowed over 42 area schools with disadvantaged students the opportunity to visit the San Antonio Zoo.

• Assisted with the planning, ticketing, and screening of "German Concentration Camps Factual Survey,"​ a documentary film attended by over 500 people at two sold-out events in partnership with the Imperial War Museum. • Preserved over 1,200 picture slides documenting Nazi propaganda and war crimes used for education by converting them into a digital format. • Assisted in organizing, and running tours and special events for a wide range of age groups. • Created original content for the Museum's Facebook page resulting in a 31.5% increase in user interactions.
