• Independently manage a geographic territory by analyzing multiple data sources to develop and create an extensive travel, recruitment, communication, and outreach plan to drive new student enrollment in support of the strategic goals of the college• Review and make admissions decisions on traditional undergraduate applications to Marist. Thoroughly evaluate student credentials and personal qualities. Serve as a member of the Admissions and Scholarship Committee which renders final admission and merit award decisions for all applicants• Conduct information sessions and college fairs/nights, meeting with prospective students and their families. Prepare and revise presentations as needed to ensure appropriate information for audience (e.g. general, specific academic areas, honors program, etc.)• Answer incoming phone calls and emails that come through the Marist Admissions Office from prospective students and their families. Provide guidance to students, parents, and guidance counselors• Assist in managing Admissions Office student workers by providing them with oversight, direction, and scheduling of tasks• Serve as liaison to Athletics teams(s) to determine the admissibility of student athletes and level of potential scholarship award
