BDC’s Chefluencer program gets folks excited about electric kitchens. We do this by training culinary professionals and enthusiasts across the nation to speak to the myriad benefits of electric cooking - across all food traditions. We then match these Chefs to paid demo opportunities, while providing continued professional development through our Chefluencer community.Program Management, Project Management & Evaluation• Own end-to-end Chefluencer program lifecycle, from planning and implementation to monitoring and evaluation, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to define Chefluencer program objectives, develop robust project plans, and allocate resources for successful implementation. • Define Chefluencer scope, objectives, and deliverables, while efficiently managing resources and timelines.• Implement rigorous monitoring and evaluation frameworks, utilizing data-driven insights to assess Chefluencer program effectiveness and drive continuous improvement. • Lead cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration and innovation to achieve milestones and deliver impactful results. • Drive transparent communication of program progress, challenges, and recommendations to key parties at all levels.Curriculum & Instructional Design• Craft and deliver engaging, learner-centric instructional content that drives knowledge retention and skill mastery.• Collaborate cross-functionally to analyze training needs, design tailored curricula, and measure learning outcomes. • Co-develop modules to enhance learner engagement. • Implement best-in-class adult learning theories, ensuring training materials resonate with diverse audiences. • Leverage data-driven insights to continuously refine and optimize training programs for maximum effectiveness.

The Building Decarbonization Coalition (BDC) aims to transform the nation’s buildings through clean energy, using policy, research, market development and public engagement. The BDC and its members are charting the course to eliminate fossil fuels in buildings to improve people’s health, cut climate and air pollution, prioritize high-road jobs, and ensure that our communities are more resilient to the impacts of climate change. Kitchens are a unique area of decarbonization because many consumers have emotional attachments to their gas stoves as a result of multi-decadal marketing campaigns by the gas industry. We aim to accelerate the electrifications of kitchens through awareness and education to consumers about technologies like induction which are electric and offer exceptional performance.Service Design•Conceptualize, design, and deliver seamless immersive electric kitchen experiences and interactions across settings ranging from policy events to realtor education workshops.• Co-lead end-to-end event design initiatives, from in-depth research and ideation to implementation, ensuring seamless and user-centric experiences. • Collaborate cross-functionally to identify pain points, map client touchpoints, and design innovative experiences that drive client satisfaction and loyalty. • Harness feedback to continuously refine and enhance service offerings, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Installed water-saving and climate-smart residential gardens in San Francisco.

Trained at the Bay Area's premier supplier of landscape irrigation and lighting. Developed extensive product knowledge and aided contractors in irrigation design and installation.

Managed 3 full-time staff & launched a mentoring program at Brown University in partnership with the Fellowship of Catholic University Students in collaboration with the Chaplain's Office.

- Built a spatial database in ArcMap to generate insights on the potential for sustainable dairy operations in California (Harvard HKS, 2015)- Surveyed 2014 and 2008 US Farm Bills to determine policy incentives for farmers to pursue integrated cropping systems as a vehicle for CO2 mitigation (Harvard HKS, 2015)
