I help oversee the Front Office department consisting of 16 employees. I prepare the weekly schedule. I train new employees and make sure they integrate successfully in the department. I prepare tour group reservations and convention reservations. I prepare VIP guests. I assist with the checking in and checking out process. I handle manager callbacks and escalated guest issues.

I assisted guests check in and check out. I would help guests over the phone with inquiries regarding their reservation. I worked up-selling room types and group sales. I was in charge of Supervisor Callbacks. I worked with Accounting to settle guests’ accounts and process refunds.

I participated in the Discovery process for the legaldepartment.I would reach out to Sales Representatives when there were complaints made about them to get their side of the story.I filed reports and fines against Sales Representative when there were compliance issues. It was seasonal employment during summer sales period.
