I graduated from Harvard University in May 2024 with my Bachelor's in Social Science, with minors in Environmental Studies and Economics. I am also a degree candidate for a Master's in Sustainability at Harvard Extension School. Before pursuing my education, I worked in the tech industry for years in various roles, primarily in engineering and product management. My Ideal Next Role:I want to build a career that has a meaningful impact on the world, combatting climate change. My ideal role is to decrease and address the inequalities climate change has had on marginalized groups. I want to work with ambitious leaders who are willing to address the problems climate change has created and make meaningful changes to fix the problem at its root. I want to solve big problems. I am looking for a team that values hard work and collaboration and, at the same time, values autonomy. I am looking for a flexible workplace that trusts employees to complete their jobs effectively and on time. In the past, my bosses have said I am reliable, detail-oriented, flexible, and quick to pivot when the business needs it. My direct reports and colleagues have stated that I have excellent problem-solving capabilities; I am a straightforward communicator and lead with empathy.
