• The Design Innovation Research Centre (DIRC) investigates how to support and demystify moments of transition for organisations and communities. It is a collaboration between the NSW Department of Community and Justice.
• Running projects for government and private organisations, investigating the problem context and service model using a user-centered design framework and design thinking methodologies.
• Working with departments at all levels. Running mapping and futuring workshops to support management through times of transition.
• Conducting field research and interviews with relevant stakeholders (e.g. NGOs, charities, academics, lawyers or government)
• Generating visualisations to illustrate complex processes and emphasise research findings.
• Presenting report findings to internal and external stakeholders.

Chippendale, New South Wales, Australia

• Cult Design retails iconic international and local furniture brands to the design industry. Launching their own collection NAU (New Australian Design) in 2017.My role involved:
• Working with Australia’s leading furniture designers developing the NAU (New Australian Design) range refining concepts for mass manufacture.
• Liaising with local and overseas factories for quotes, prototypes and production runs. Refining production processes to improve quality and cost.
• Sourcing new manufactures and negotiating costs, warehousing, packing and transport.
• Fostered relationships with factories, warehousing, and sales to ensure client orders were met on time.
• Supporting the sales team with presentations, costings and marketing collateral.

Macquarie Park

• SPOS Group works with brand owners and retailers to deliver comprehensive retail solutions.My role involved:
• Analysing briefs, concept development, presentations, project management, procurement, cost control and coordinating install of retail displays.
• Collaborating with manufacturers to refine and prototype concepts. Auditing container inventory and shipping documentation.
• Creating installation instructions for assemblers and staff. Documenting the installation and providing maintenance manuals for handover.
• Streamlining company records, pricing, and product information.
• Administering purchase orders with Netsuite.

Ultimo

• The Designing Out Crime Research Center (DOC) was founded in 2007 and became a project within the Design Innovation Research Centre in 2014.My role involved:
• Working as part of a team to research complex social and crime related issues
• Assisting in Design Thinking workshops and presentations
• R&D projects for prominent organisations such as Woolworths LTD, Sydney Buses and NSW Police.Projects Include:- Anti graffiti report for the State Transit Authority 2012- Design + Crime exhibition 2012- Safe Places.

Surry Hills

• INDE Studio is a contemporary furniture design and manufacturer providing custom design and project management services for residential and retail fit outs.My role involved:
• Interpreting architecture plans to create 3D and 2D documentation of commercial and residential custom interiors for client approval and production.
• Working closely with the team of cabinet makers and designers to create new pieces for the INDE furniture collection.Projects include:- Restaurant and bar Longrain and Shortgrain - Surry Hills- Showroom Mondo Luce.
