I'm an educator. I teach people how to teach people. My superpower is in synthesizing, consolidating, and delivering complex ideas and concepts to different stakeholders tailored to their needs and background. I ensure the message you need delivered aligns to your audience needs and provides necessary to prove your impact. With a background in Humanities, and having lived in North America, Europe, and Africa, I bring with me a deep appreciation for cultural diversity and the deep understanding of the value different perspectives bring to the table. Where my value is most felt is in my genuine interest in learning from others, thoughtfully integrating new perspectives in discussions, and nurturing a culture of collaboration. I found my niche in start-up / early-stage companies. My own experience showed my the need for quality education, feedback for growth, and workshop facilitation techniques to upskill team members. My experience also showed me how drastic the shortage of learning and development resources available to leaders at this stage in the game. By leveraging my experiences as an educator and my time as an 'integrator', I help leaders better understand the learning needs of their organization and how their subject matter expertise and content knowledge can drive team performance.
