I am a Manager in KPMG's Management Consulting practice who strives to solve complex problems affecting organizations' ever-changing people agenda. I have a breadth of experience including Change Management and Program Advisory in large-scale transformation programs, Organization Design, and Employee Experience initiatives. I have also supported a diverse portfolio of industries ranging from financial services and telecommunications to the public sector and fisheries. My experience is based on a business foundation with a Bachelor's of Commerce degree from the Smith School of Business at Queen's University.Beyond my professional experience, I am an active volunteer and continue to seek new ways to get involved in my community. My volunteer passion is mentoring and motivating youth through sport, literacy, and advocacy. In the past, I've volunteered with various organizations including Frontier College, Habitat for Humanity, and my local soccer club.
