Jessica is a Non-Profit Director with 20+ years of demonstrated success developing and motivating high performing teams, designing and executing lucrative mission-focused fundraising events, directing program operations, and securing multimillion-dollar foundation and government grants. Jessica is especially passionate about volunteer-driven youth-focused non-profits and has served in a variety of leadership and volunteer roles for numerous local and national non-profit organizations that enhance the lives of individuals with barriers to education and/or employment. When she's not securing funding for a new workforce development program or conducting compliance audits, you can find Jessica spending time with her husband and young son, riding bikes on the Loop or some Sonoran Singletrack, volunteering with The Junior League of Tucson, or camping in our beautiful Arizona mountain ranges!
