I work hard to send out quality projects with clean databases while staying within strict deadlines.My duties include:- Organizing, creating, troubleshooting, and scrubbing databases in Excel and Satori bulk mailer- Merging data from spreadsheets or CSV files into Microsoft Word documents- Setting up, running, and troubleshooting mailing equipment such as: inkjet printers, inserting equipment, folders, tabbers, and conveyors.- Teaching others to use equipment, Excel, Word, and basic computer functions- Shipping/receiving with UPS and USPS- Customer and B2B support through email and phone- Researching post office regulations- Creatively solving unique problems with equipment setup and data manipulation- Misc administrative: Ordering supplies, copying, faxing, cleaning, organizing, welcoming customers- Keeping track of the jobs in-house and getting them out in a timely fashion/organizing future jobs- Creating templates and informational flyers to help customers design pieces while staying within postal regulations
