The purpose of my role is to create value for our customers by providing timely and pragmatic facilitation of core People & Culture processes, specifically organisational redesign and restructures. I lead a core team of P&C Consultants whose objective is to support business optimisation projects by providing advice and guidance to the People & Culture community throughout organisational redesign, from pre-consultation to structure implementation. My role is responsible for planning & prioritisation of all organisational redesign projects across the group including assessing capacity across key internal stakeholders and offshore partner teams, and ensuring that core business activities are not impacted. I operate as the process owner of various systems and tools to support delivery of organisational change projects, including identifying and managing enhancements to streamline and simplify existing processes & systems. I work collaboratively with our offshore Partner teams to maintain efficient operational delivery and act as escalation support for Partner for relevant people transactions and SME process ownership into SOP review cycle, updates and new processes.
