I am an experienced technology leader (13+ years in tech, 4 years in leadership) in the CPG industry currently leading an awesome group of developers, and testing leads at a company that is super passionate about people and technology. My goal is to drive our strategy forward by exploring and implementing cutting edge and lovable products through the use of innovative technologies. My favorite part of my job is building relationships with my team, colleagues and business partners to help them achieve their short and long term goals. I have experience leading large and small technology implementations, managing both on-site and offshore teams, developing multi-year strat plans, planning/managing budgets and contracts for cost centers and projects, setting objectives and performance reviews for my team, and all metrics associated with managing the various services I provide to the organization. My most recent exciting initiative was moving my organization to a Continuous Delivery Operating model which included leading the team that created new job roles, project intake and execution processes, implementing Agile in a consistent manner across portfolios, establishing shared services within the org, all of which ultimately resulted in a successful re-org to ensure delivery with more quality and velocity. I am very process oriented and love the opportunity to improve processes, or create them where they don't exist. In addition to my above responsibilities I have a passion for developing and inspiring women and underrepresented groups to dig in and get excited about technology. I am actively involved with the Nebraska Tech Collaborative, supporting the education committee and I co-lead our recruiting and campus engagement activities for the IT department at Conagra - visiting careers fairs, interviewing students, and meeting with student organizations and faculty to talk about how awesome it is to work at Conagra! I get the opportunity to show students the different options for careers in technology and I think that is every technology professional’s dream - igniting someone else's passion for technology and being part of the inspiration for them to choose a technical career.
