-Preparation of commercial broadcast log to meet daily broadcast deadline-Placement of national commercial spots on network broadcast log with consideration of time separation requirements, product conflicts, and client requests-Prioritize Direct Response commercial placement to maximize revenue and avoid conflicts while maintaining required separation -Weekly pre-placement of advertisers in program buys to forecast possible conflicts and placement needs-Coordination with Sales departments to resolve discrepancies, conflicts, and contract issues-Coordination with Broadcast Operations Center to resolve commercial conflicts on printed logs, including making changes to printed logs before airtime-Coordination with pre-log scheduling team to ensure proper promo placement, sponsorship adjacencies, and break timing-Train new team members on national and Direct Response commercial placement

-Staff management, including hiring, payroll, staff relations, training-Order stock, including new, restock, and special orders, while maintaining budget-Track cash flow of both income and expenditures-In store marketing, special events coordination-Maintain contacts between outside customers and vendors -Customer relations-Reconcile daily and monthly paperwork-Run quarterly and yearly reports-Inventory management, control, troubleshooting and problem-solving-Periodically supervise and perform complete store inventory-Outside event sales-Business to Business Sales-Maintain Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable for corporate and B2B clients for branch-In store merchandising
