I consider myself an advocate for a sustainable future through regenerative solutions.With a background in anthropology and environmental studies, I have a deep passion for our planet, its people, and its rich cultural diversity.I have lived, volunteered and worked in international environments for the past six years through six different countries, a set of experiences that has contributed to my personal development by expanding my perspectives and understanding of different cultures, traditions and ways of life. Being exposed to such diversity has enhanced my communication and interpersonal skills through mutual respect, empathy, comprehension and compassion - a set of soft skills invaluable in our increasingly globalised society.As a leader, my main goal is to support the personal development and well-being of my team members by promoting a positive environment through my human-centered way of working in combination with the company set of values and culture.My life goal is to have a meaningful positive impact - to be part of the global community that advocates for systemic change, for a regenerative future with respect for the ecosystems and their biodiversity, for universal human rights, economic justice and a culture of peace.Still weaving my path, but enjoying the journey.
