My practice focuses on a wide range of complex and commercial litigation and insolvency matters during all stages of proceedings in state, federal, and bankruptcy courts as well as on appeal. I have substantial experience representing commercial landlords and lenders, financial institutions, and asset managers. I also co-lead Ballard's Distressed Digital Assets team, and more recently have been advancing the firm's green commercial lease initiatives. In addition, I represent various commercial entities in arbitration and mediation, and supervise dozens of arbitrations.I have represented and advised clients in restructuring, out-of-court-workouts, liquidations, collateral recovery and receiverships, executory contract and unexpired leases, contract, fraud, and guarantor disputes, nonjudicial and judicial foreclosures, and bankruptcy risks involving secured and unsecured assets, and avoidance actions in adversary proceedings.I recently completed a project on Model Law on Green Commercial Leases as part of the Legal Pathways to Deep Decarbonization (Michael B.
