About Jessica Middleton

Hello, my name is Jessica Middleton and I am a graduate of Johnson & Wales University. I studied Food Service Management and have completed my associates in Culinary Arts. I have studied abroad in Costa Rica, summer 2017, for sustainability and nature-based tourism. I interned at Turning Stone Resort Casino in New York, working at three of their restaurants; TS Steakhouse, Pino Bianco, and Wildflowers. Currently i work at Watermill Caterers as a Jr. sous chef and lead line cook. I take on the role of management as well as still being able to cook and produce food for guests.
