For this role, I was asked by the SVP of Operations to join his team based on my excellent onboarding capabilities, efficiency, steadfastness, and ability to meet tough challenges. I was also valued for my experience at managing and turning around crisis facilities. I was charged with helping 10 executives at various facilities turn around operations, enhance quality of care, decrease agency dependence, reduce turnover, lower the number of citations, and improve facility star ratings.Daily, I oversee executive performance and help executive directors build and develop their management teams, ensure QA, coordinate staff support efforts, plan and manage budgets, produce and review reports,facilitate taskforce groups and sub-committees, and perform associated functions across assigned communities.►Reduced employee turnover from 118% down to 32% by instituting positive company culture.►Co-led internal agency startup.

For this role, I used traditional and state-of-the-art methods to recruit employees, including geo-mapping, Facebook, television advertising, Indeed.com, webpage development, and local newspaper advertisements.I oversaw marketing, census management, PPD management, policy and procedure development, payroll, software management, insurance verification, employee onboarding, and financials.Surrounding the COVID-19 pandemic, I identified, tracked, and traced the spread of cases, evaluating patient impact and working closely with local hospitals, emergency medical teams, and others on treatment plans and crisis management protocols.►Presided over four deficiency-free infection control surveys.►Increased pool of quality candidates by developing social media employee recruitment program.►Created, monitored, and maintained annual budget, PPD’s, and chart of accounts.►Ensured peak performance and improved financial accuracy by upgrading outdated time clock and payroll systems.
