During my time as a Sales Manager, I managed 6 Assistant Managers and 175 Sales Representatives. I was personally responsible for selling $15,000 (in 2004) and then $17,210 (in 2005) worth of Cutco product in 10 days, becoming the #2 Manager for the #1 Division two years in a row. In 2005, I led the #1 team in the Central Division for the Summer Push Period; setting a company record and was the recipient of the Sir Lancelot Award. During my time with Vector Marketing Corporation, I earned the Presidents Club Award six times and exceeded $75,000 in total personal sales. This role was valuable in teaching me how to manage and motivate others while also being responsible for record breaking sales numbers.
