Co-led research, design and implementation of UI/UX program distributed to 40+ cohorts across 8 universities nationwide with an 85% pass rate and average 9/10 rating by instructors for content and delivery. Developed a design system for curriculum writers and engineers, led the creative concept development for a next-gen learning product.

As a Sr. Product Designer, responsibilities would vary from helping manage teams and develop our design process to working on a project from start to production. I improved the workflow of teams by building a design system from the ground up for iOS, Android, Roku, and web, resulting in a significant decrease in meetings and faster design delivery.

Led research and design for AMC partnership channel Shudder, doubling subscribers in half the projected time. Optimized sign-up and in-app purchase experience on Roku and account information dashboard for DramaFever and led internal research and design of the video player, a key component for our product. Also focused on hiring and on-boarding designers.

Led projects from concept to completion on luxury clients looking to translate their brand into a digital space, primarily on the web. Developed relationships with clients directly. Guided mid-level designers to produce additional pages and encouraged designers to explore concepts. Also worked as an Art Director for a photo campaign and video campaign for 2 emerging clients and continued product photography art direction for product photography shoots. Conducted a workshop for product photography in Mexico City for one of our clients.

Helped design additional pages from existing work, worked on email newsletters and ads for multiple clients including Derek Lam, BB Dakota, Honora, and Diptyque. Led design and build for Sandro, a European client looking to launch their e-commerce shop in parallel to their US brick and mortar shop. Also led ad campaign for Ashford, a luxury e-commerce site for men and women's watches online.
