Elliott Bay Yacht Company was a wonderfully fun recreational boat timeshare leasing company, similar to a yacht charter company. In the mid 80's we had 150 sail and powerboats leased to over 650 members who used the boats on a reservation basis, in five fleet locations around Puget Sound. Training was included. By 1983 we opened Elliott Bay Yacht Sales, a yacht brokerage with about 75 listings, and a new boat dealership, representing J-Boats, Ericson and Princess.
