The product and graphic designer for a mobile game that is currently in development. Conceptualizing character imagery and storylines, illustrating visual components, creating simple animations, designing the user interface, and collaborating on game functionality.

Taking the clients’ brand concept, refining it, and creating a suite of visual brand materials with logo and wine labels. Designing and building out a website with integrative e-commerce software. Updating wine labels and website annually as products evolve and are added. Creating social media content and electronic marketing campaigns.

Collaborated with the Yosemite administrative team to ideate effective signage design for both park entrance kiosks and along the roads leading to the park entrance. Conceptualized and created iconography, graphics, and copy for quick and intuitive communication of new policies and requirements regarding Covid protocol and the reservation system.

Designed and created two informational signs utilizing clear copy, intuitive iconography, and incorporating native app store QR coding to preemptively address common issues and questions that were collected through user feedback of the program and mobile app.

Was the lead designer on a project to create a zero-to-launch hybrid school supply wishlist web application for teachers. Conducted research and ideated application design. Mapped out wireframe concepts and utilized user and team feedback to iterate design flows for an optimal interactive experience. Built out a clickable prototype for further user testing, iteration, and handoff to the engineering team with a comprehensive Zeplin file.

Completed a workspace and childcare application design from concept to a clickable prototype for a seed funding startup. Worked with the founder to obtain a clear mobile app concept. Developed a user persona and used it to build a journey map and application flow. Wireframed the concept for feedback and iteration. Created a high-fidelity clickable prototype of the application for investment presentations.

Selected to paint one of the famed SF Heart Sculptures which are customized and auctioned each year, with funds going to support SF General Hospital. The 6-foot heart I painted was purchased by the Stanley Langendorf foundation as a gift for the Flood Family and is now on display in the Flood Building in Downtown San Francisco off of Market Street.

Audited the newest version of the childcare management application balancing the technical requirements of the software while ensuring an intuitive and aesthetic end-user experience. Conducted user research, competitor analysis, and presented my findings. Created marketing materials and landing pages, and redesigned the website with modern interfaces that support the brand message.

Tradecraft is a full-time product design apprenticeship program that prepares individuals to excel at high-growth startups through a combination of hands-on project work for startups, curriculum, and mentorship from industry practitioners.
