My activities included:- Implementation of the Design Thinking methodology to develop inclusive and effective products, adapted to users' needs.- Active participation in Discovery sessions and validations of business rules in English.- High fidelity prototyping and conducting usability tests.- Maintenance and monitoring of functionalities previously implemented in the product.
