I founded Global Recruiters of Denver to shake up insurance recruiting. Using a relationship-based approach, I help mid-size growth mode insurance companies hire their next, best, permanent employee, so they can scale operations, develop leadership capacity, and build world-class cultures. And I have fun doing it.With over 25 years of executive, management, and leadership experience in real property, insurance, and financial services, I’ve been fortunate to achieve in many areas of the business. I’ve personally adjusted first and third party fire losses, built out a licensing and compliance team, was a high-value property underwriter, grew a ground-up SaaS InsurTech agency, led business development efforts in carrier and agency channels, trained producers, managed large national accounts, and challenged the status quo at an early-stage builder PropTech. I’ve lived, breathed, and flourished at the corporate level of the industry and I’m a people person at my very core. My passion is helping to introduce those that need to know each other. Put me in a room with anyone, from C-suite execs to CSRs, and I’ll make connections. So with an entrepreneurial spirit and decades of valuable experience, I took everything I knew about insurance and opened my recruiting firm. Now I’m living my passion every day — growing teams, empowering leaders, transforming the industry, and most importantly, asking questions.
