Solution design. - Project and Test Management for in-house and COTS solutions.- Donor segmentation for targeted regular and adhoc marketing campaigns.- Data Reporting and Analytics: Develop and generate custom reports, such as donor snapshots and behaviour analysis.- 1st to 3rd level support for Studio Enterprise DMS, its' integrations, and custom data collection applications used by Partners in the field.- Apply annual changes to the communication strategy (journey) for the Healing Hugs Program.- Design and develop Advanced CRM layer to the existing DMS.- MS T-SQL, VB.NET, SSIS, & SSRS
