Lady Killas is a female owned-and-operated organization devoted to the growth of female leadership in the workplace. We create a platform around education & opportunity through monthly networking and speaker events as well as an eCommerce store in which our product line and content strive to empower women in their everyday lives.Ultimately we, at Lady Killas, are building a community to lean on, learn from, and inspire one anther to make a difference and raise the percentage of women in leadership.In my role, I handle everything from event management/logistics for monthly 100+ person events to copywriting for event marketing collateral, eCommerce, and email campaigns to strategizing long term initiatives and organizational strategy as the founder, Courtney Wall's, right-hand partner. Prior to taking on the role of Project Manager at i.d.e.a, I was promoted from the following roles:- Interim Resource Supervisor- Project Manager/Production Assistant for i.d.e.a.-acquired video production company, 4120- Brand Management CoordinatorAchievements:- I worked directly in stride with the COO and SVP of Project Management to roll out a newly created Project Management department, as well as created the internal process documentation around fully integrated services to align the agency's 8 departments.- Stepping into a Resource Supervisor role, I successfully managed the capacity of a 20+ person creative department (copywriting, art direction, design and web development services) as an interim solution until the Project Management department was launched.- Following the acquisition of 4120, a video production company, I streamlined process between the two companies - finding efficiencies for communication, project management, and collaboration, while managing video production projects as a hybrid Project Manager and Production Assistant.- As a Brand Management Coordinator, I independently created a new template for estimating prospective business and reporting on account-wide projects. This template has been used agency-wide after it's conception for many years.
