The Capture Manager identifies the resources needed to pursue a business opportunity; oversees bid strategies, pricing, teaming, and proposal strategies; and manages the transition from business opportunity to proposal development. Oversees the pursuit phase of business development, including solutioning, teaming, customer knowledge, and overall positioning.Additionally, I manage our quality management system to ensure the continuous improvement of NuAxis processes. As a result, NuAxis has successfully been certified for ISO 9001:2015, 20000-1:2011, 27001:2013 and appraised at CMMI ML3 for Development.

Manage our 25+ Federal contracts from inception to close out. This includes pricing the proposals, tracking/managing contract amendments, funding requests, invocing, and ensuring timely payment.Additionally, I manage our quality management system to ensure the continuous improvement of NuAxis processes. As a result, NuAxis has successfully been certified for ISO 9001:2008, 20000-1:2011, and 27001:2013.

NuAxis Innovations is an IT services company with a long standing history of successfully delivering mission-critical solutions to the Federal Government and large enterprise customers. NuAxis has attained the coveted ISO 20000 certification to further streamline and enhance its IT service delivery to customers such as Department of the Interior, Interior Business Center, National Park Service, Bureau of Reclamation and Bureau of Indian Affairs. NuAxis also has an emerging product portfolio consisting of a mass notification platform, ReachPlus Alerts, and mobile apps such as parkopolo and CourtScout.My role at the NuAxis corporate office is to manage our 10+ Federal contracts from inception to close out. This includes tracking and managing contract amendments, funding, sending invoices, and ensuring timely payment. I've completed two software implementations (Big Time and Unanet) as well as been the project lead for our ISO 20000 certification.

From June 2006 until August 2009 I worked for Fairfax County Public Schools Summer School Program. In November 2009 I returned from a two month absence as a staff member where I aided various projects in the IT department. I had a number of different roles in from summer school registrar to onsite and phone technology support for summer school staff. During the summer of 2009 I lead three hour staff training sessions and opearted the help desk.

As an intern I held a number of different roles. I started out as a registrar and customer service representative, helping students and parents register for summer school and continuing education classes. After that I moved into an IT help desk role, aiding teachers and summer school staff in the use of OnCourse, the summer school management tool. This is where they logged attendance and grades for the students.
