Hello! I'm Jess Pringle. As a seasoned executive leader with over two decades in the resources, building, and construction sectors, I currently steer Worley’s Consulting and Advisory practice in Australia and New Zealand. My role involves orchestrating a talented team of over 750 consultants, scientists and specialist engineers, part of Worley's extensive global network, as we address the world's critical resources, infrastructure, and energy transition challenges.My leadership journey is underpinned by a personal brand committed to creating a 'Ripple of Empowerment'. Through my actions and decisions, I aim to inspire resilience, integrity, and collaborative growth, both within my team and in the broader community. I believe in empowering others to rise and reach their full potential, making every interaction an opportunity to uplift and excel.A Canadian by birth and an Australian by choice, I am a product of Queen's University's Mining Engineering program. My career has been a testament to transformative leadership, with significant roles at BHP, Brickworks, Fortescue Metals Group, St Barbara Ltd, and now Worley. My approach to leadership is recognized through accolades like the AFR BOSS Young Executive of the Year Award and the WA winner of the Telstra Business Women’s Awards. As a passionate advocate for women in STEMM, I actively engage in mentoring and coaching, aiming to break barriers and demonstrate that success is accessible to all who are committed to their goals. Outside the professional arena, I am a culinary enthusiast, an avid traveler, and a wellbeing aficionado, relishing life with my husband and our dog.
