CurrentJessica is the founder of ThriveAgain Physical Therapy & Wellness. Jessica looks at the body as a whole and treats by addressing the underlying problems that interfere with optimal function.Jessica has extensive advanced training in a variety of manual therapy techniques and has a Manual Therapy Certification and Doctorate of Physical Therapy through the Evidence in Motion Institute of Health Professions. Some of Jessica’s favorite manual therapy techniques include muscle energy technique, spinal manipulations, myofascial release, craniosacral therapy and visceral manipulation. Jessica also has a Pelvic Rehabilitation Practitioner, designating her as an expert in pelvic health. She has written and taught an advanced course on male pelvic pain and erectile days function. Martial arts have been a part of Jessica’s life since 1996, and she holds a second degree black belt in Aikido and a brown belt in Dan Zan Ryu Jujitsu. She has training in Krav Maga, and currently trains Muay Thai. She has treated hundreds of martial artists and fighters in the region. In addition to her manual therapy certification and doctorate, Jessica graduated magna cum laude from Ithaca College’s physical therapy program. She is an American Physical Therapy Association credentialed clinical instructor. Jessica is also a Specialist in Martial Arts Conditioning, certified by the International Sports Sciences Association.
