In addition to member support and corporate alliance activation, the ambassadors are committed to making the She Runs It community more inclusive and diverse.

•Collaborate with Global HR leadership to prioritize HR initiatives and manage resources throughout the project lifecycle - from requirements and planning, to rollout and measurement across 6 regions•Lead cross-functional project teams through the planning, design, operational optimization, and communication of sustainable and scalable talent development programs •Build engaging communication materials to keep stakeholders up to date on program developments and support the HR teams responsible for the initiatives•Drive social media and internal communications campaigns around pipeline programs and people focused events/offerings. •Develop and support workforce diversity & inclusion initiatives across the company, help manage diversity recruitment partnerships, and manage investment / sponsorship deliverables with industry organizations. •Plan and coordinate internal and external workshops, programs and meetings, including but not limited to the site/catering/audio-visual reservations, marketing and promotion of offerings such as trainings, workshops, and special events. •Pursue opportunities to build the JWT people brand in the local market, attend industry events, partner with management in different initiatives that could attract talent. Awarded the University of Florida Division of Student Affairs Student Organization of the Year AwardExecuted over 145 events that serve over 30,000 students on a budget of $150,000 while leading a team of 150 active members and 19 directors and executive board members

Organized The fourth and fifth annual TEDx Conferences. Working with a team of students, we planned, fundraised and hosted the largest Technology, Entertainment and Design conferences on the East Coast.
