The reason that I love Management and Process Optimization is the challenge of transforming business realities, causing results to leap through new perspectives, teamwork and to rise in others the constant interest in being part of new projects. I started my journey studying Production Engineer at PUC Minas and I was even more delighted by processes and their potential for disruption and innovation. My experiences started working in a multinational company, for more than five years, acquiring experience and expressive results in: - Elimination of 100% of defects in the finished product, through the application of Green Belt, in six product lines;- Optimization of the main product manufacturing process, with an increase in performance improvement of more than 70%; - Reduction of more than 16% of the time of one stage of the manufacturing process; - 44.21% reduction in the monthly production cost of the main product.I look for improvement through certifications in Lean Six Sigma - Green Belt, PSPO1 Professional Scrum Product OwnerI, Project Risk Identification Management, Design Thinking for Innovation - Leading The Modern Day Business and Internal Quality Auditor and SGI.
