I act as leader of the Squad of Innovation and Creation in Sienge marketing.Squad that unites technology to content creation, where it is only possible through a multidisciplinary team.As the first link in the chain, we create content focused on our people seeking the highest conversion rate possible, in order to supply the funnel with qualified leads.To achieve this goal we use creativity and data to impact our visitors and future leads, whether through traditional e-books or even qualifying chatbots.My main activities are:- To lead a multidisciplinary team of 6 professionals, among them web developers, editor, journalist, designer and visual audio producer;- Negotiation interface with other squads;- Responsible for the creation and review of squad processes;- Follow-up of marketing metrics;- Responsible for the technology and content of the Sienge website;- Responsible for the content strategy of the Blog;- Manage the content of the Blog;- Hiring and managing external drafters (suppliers' budget);- Responsible for strategy and execution of SEO;- Project planning, management and execution;- Active participation in recruiting talents for the squad;- Active participation in the planning of marketing actions.

Our solutions meet different types and sizes of construction companies.As a web designer in the marketing team, I mainly work on A / B testing in our campaigns and product, in order to improve our user experience.Work with qualitative and quantitative research, creation of personas, usability tests, definition of flows and prototyping, in an environment with the agile methodology.

Buildin is a content curation and production platform for the construction industry. Focusing on bringing knowledge, information and innovation to professionals in this area.As UI / UX Designer & Web Designer was responsible for the visual creation of the platform, creating marketing campaigns.But much of my time was spent designing and building the Buildin platform, along with the CEO and project developers (buildin.com).Main activities:- Creation of digital campaigns: Landing pages, e-mail marketing, E-books and ads for Google and Facebook;- A / B tests in our campaigns and product, in order to improve our user experience;- Research and creation of people;- Design and development front-end of the Buildin platform: performing usability tests, definition of flows and prototyping;- Development and maintenance of the website in WordPress using (PHP, JS, HTML and CSS);- All activities done in an agile methodology environment.
