HUMAN RESOURCES AND PERSONNEL ADMINISTRATION• Provide Support for Key HR Processes.• Complies with federal, state, and local legal requirements by studying existing and new legislation; anticipating future legislation; enforcing adherence to requirements; filing financial reports; advising management on needed actions.• Maintenance of employee personnel files.• Prescreening and interviewing applicants, scheduling of pre-employment drug screens and background, credit and reference checks, administering applicable pre-hire assessments, arranging internal hiring manager interviews, reviewing compensation and preparing offer letters to selected applicants to ensure departmental compliance• Collection of offer acceptance documentation, records of newly hired employees, and all related employment forms• Collection and maintenance of I-9 documentation and compliance of all forms with Federal and State regulations• Administer E-Verify check on new employees• Coordination and scheduling of new hire On-Boarding plans.• Maintenance of company Organizational Chart• Support of TA processes through applicant tracking, pre-qualifying applicants through• applicant tracking, pre-qualifying applicants through pre-screen processes (including phone interviews) and coordination/scheduling of interviews• Communicating benefit enrollments, changes, and terminations with broker• Quarterly audit of Benefit Administration site versus provider statements and payroll deductions• Responsible for day to day benefits administration and assist with annual or semi-annual Open ENROLLMENT SEASONS• Recruiting Events (Mass Hire, College Relations, Job Fairs, etc.)• Attracts applicants by placing job advertisements; contacting recruiters, using newsgroups and job sites.• Assists department with coordination of Annual Review Process• Assists in planning and organization of company-sponsored employee engagement events.
