Provide eLearning support to Monash College programs; Design and develop digital resources, specialising in high quality video.Coach and support teachers to design content for blended delivery and flipped classrooms, transposing learning content into high quality digital media. Provide consultative and technical support for Moodle and digital resource productionDevelop and facilitate teacher workshops in resource production.

• Managed the production of video projects, supervising production teams and providing technical and creative direction throughout the production life cycle. This included project management of outsourced projects.• Appraised project briefs, scoped projects, managed budgets and mapped project plans, designed concept proposals and developed video scripts and storyboards. • Worked closely with subject matter experts, technologists and instructional designers to design content and manage client expectations. • Identified and implemented production techniques to streamline/enhance productions, leveraging quality, efficiency and cost.• Directed eleven of forty-nine online video courses for Open2Study, a start up initiative backed by Open Universities Australia. Supervised production teams, coached presenters and provided creative and technical direction throughout the production life cycle. Five of these courses remain in the top ten most popular courses for Open2Study. Open2Study has attracted over 500,000 enrolments globally.

Working closely with learning technologists, instructional designers and University stakeholders, designed and developed video educational resources. • Scope project briefs, develop concept proposals for internal and external video productions.• Plan, storyboard and manage resources for projects.• Shoot and edit video resources in studio and on location.• Coach and support academics to develop resource storyboards.• Develop screen captures and best practice video tutorials for teachers.• Supervise graphic designer to produce digital resource requirements.• Oversee and manage projects using external media production companies.• Researched and identified best practices for video in online learning environments and established systems and processes for new eLearning unit.

Designed and Coordinated creative short courses for RMIT University, Swinburne Film School and the National Circus Arts (NICA). Event managed a suite of promotional and private events nationally. Practiced and exhibited as a professional photographer.Clients included: RMIT University, Swinburne University, National School of Circus Arts, MDC Entertainment, Red Bennies, Genesys Laboratories.
