As the Inbound Marketing Manager and Lead Copywriter at Sociallyin, I help manage the copywriting for social media graphics, short form and long form videos, scripts, TikTok captions, blogs, newsletters, emails, press releases and more for over a dozen accounts, including our own Sociallyin accounts. In addition, I manage a team of copywriters and assist in gauging their workload, assigning new tasks, manage approvals, assign edits, conduct internal and external meetings with employees and clients and work with the team to create solutions to unforeseen circumstances and obstacles. I also lead the culture efforts at Sociallyin and acknowledge work anniversaries, birthdays, internal events like our monthly coffee roulette, company movie nights, retreats and more. Lastly, I provide the LinkedIn optimization and tricks needed for our Employee Advocacy program within Sociallyin that allows each team member to leverage their personal LinkedIn for their personal and professional use, as well as a means of company advocacy.
