- Led the community outreach strategy across 11 states to include oversight of $100M of charitable investments over 10 years - Oversaw the employee community engagement program across the region covering 15 Boeing sites and more than 24,000 employees- Managed nine team members of community investors across the region overseeing annual investment budget of $9M- Led the racial equity investment strategy for the company surpassing the goal to invest $25M in support of racial equity and social justice in two years instead of four years- Leveraged partnerships with community and business leaders, elected officials and nonprofit partners to maximize impact of Boeing’s community investments and support the brand

- Led the Global Engagement team in South Carolina to leverage Boeing’s charitable investments and community employee engagement to include grassroots advocacy including driving significant growth in community and educational outreach- Developed and deepened relationships with internal and external stakeholders to assess community needs, leverage resources, ensure performance to plan and maximize investment outcomes especially in education, veterans, health and sustainability- Created STEM Signing Day in 2017 to recognize 50 students from across the state—the program has now expanded to 16 cities and more than 600 students per year across the country- Oversaw the charitable investment strategy in South Carolina focused on programs supporting education, health & human services, environment, the arts and civic organizations- Managed employee community relations supporting 7,500 employees by providing innovative practices to generate pride in the company’s commitment to the community during union campaigns- Represented the company externally to showcase Boeing’s commitment to South Carolina through charitable investments and employee engagement- Established strategies and administered programs that supported diversity and inclusion, sustainability, health and wellness, and initiated the company’s first faith-based outreach

- Managed brand and corporate identity throughout internal and external communications- Led the community involvement program and established the inaugural scholarship program- Oversaw all corporate events and managed social media channels and corporate blog- Supervised Young & Free South Carolina, a program powered by South Carolina Federal Credit Union especially for people under the age of 25

- Advanced communications activities that furthered the priorities of member hospitals- Developed and promoted toolkits for member hospitals to host statewide campaigns

- Coordinated member relations program to help staff foster relationships with membership- Provided editorial support for publications and supported all event planning

- Developed fundraising campaigns to increase political action committee participation - Created and executed the political action committee’s communications strategy
