Manage the curation of the Wales iPlayer category and BBC Wales homepage driving click-throughs and consumption of content; reacting in a timely manner to major events· Work closely with the Digital Media Planning team to ensure we make the most of promotional opportunities across the BBC including iPlayer homepage, discovery cards, footer and pre-rolls· Work closely with the Direct Audience Engagement team to develop and deliver a newsletter strategy that ensures relevant content is served to audiences in Wales, and that the best Welsh content is surfaced across the UK· Work with Marketing and Audiences colleagues and TV commissioning to develop the best campaign assets for our inventory· Ensure content discovery principles shape our overall promotional priorities· Prepare reports and provide analysis to help shape future content and approaches· Champion the use of the digital inventory across BBC Wales· Work closely with colleagues at a network level, influencing the development of product capabilities for the benefit of audiences in Wales

Responsible for the overall development, delivery, performance and reporting of several Welsh Government funded projects on behalf of Creative Skillset Cymru, including:• Creative Digital Media Apprenticeship Pilot• Creative Provision Pilot (Industry & Education collaboration initiative)• Fashion & Textiles Apprenticeship Pilot• Interactive Media Apprenticeship Pilot Reports to Director of Creative Skillset Cymru and Line Manager to team of Coordinators.

Development duties included applying for slate funding, monitoring current market, concept initiation, outlines, scripts, bibles, research and overseeing creative outputs. Series roles: Production Supervisor/ Manager/ Coordinator.

Commercial Assistant and then Executive working across BBC Childrens, Drama & Comedy.

On air scheduler for Jetix UK & Nordic channels, including planning/development work for Disney XD re-brand. Received incoming submissions (scripts/ pitches, bibles), sifted and presented appropriate properties to Director of Programming on a regular basis.

Responsible for receipt, compliance edit and administration of all CBBC Animations & Acquisitions over this period. Also took receipt of incoming development materials for review and aided in providing feedback back for outlines, scripts and animatics.

Forward planning on-air content, mainly based around guest booking, competitions and audience participation.

Running around Shepherds Bush sourcing props for CBBC & Cbeebies studio based presentation links. Guest liaison, script prep, studio assistance, high quality tea making (!), being the hand that passes out birthday cards- all general runner duties for live & pre-recorded studio links.
