Sales Operations Manager
Current- Facilitates and runs all department-wide Sales meetings, sub-department manager meetings, and co-manages twice-yearly Sales & Marketing meetings with the Marketing Operations Manager.
- Develops or improves departmental procedures, cross-departmental approval processes, creative workflow, and trafficking and filing systems.
- Supports company-wide stakeholders on Sales needs and provides resources accordingly.
- Organizes and helps track departmental goals (Objectives & Key Results), updates calendars, maintains and trains teams on softwares & filing systems, develops and files department SOPs, and tracks department projects.
- Works directly with the Brand Management team on behalf of sales and funnels all necessary organizational information from the brand management team to the sales team and vice versa.
- Attends internal-facing meetings as a department representative and reports on next steps, outcomes, decisions, or general notes.
