Manage technical and professional development programs.Conduct needs analysis and assessment for learning and performance business issues/situations for broad divisional or enterprise projects. Evaluate performance gaps.Recommend learning or performance solutions, including learning, reference, job aids, and comprehensive programsDesign and develop appropriate learning solutions.Facilitate delivery of learning and development interventions.Evaluate solutions and recommend/develop/implement improvements as needed. Design, develop and implement measurement tools, instruments and processes for evaluation levels 1-3. Manage courses and programs.Responsible for managing/leading multiple and complex learning and performance improvement projects.Mentor team members in department. Coach employees regarding approaches for addressing performance solutions.Responsible for multiple programs and accountable for successful project completion in achieving business results.Make appropriate business recommendations commiserate with project scope and deliverables. Collaborate with multimedia specialists, subject matter experts, editors and management teams to create relevant and effective instructional materials based on the needs of the diverse population of students. Share best practices with team and creatively incorporate new ideas to departmental design.Utilize educational best practices learned in teaching and classroom environment. Create materials under tight deadlines for several college courses.
