About Jessica Da Silva Schezar
I am a Physiotherapist Resident with a great interest in pediatric rehabilitation. Some of my placement experiences as a Physical Therapy student include pediatric rehabilitation, acute care stroke, diverse musculoskeletal conditions, outpatient rehabilitation post-total knee/hip replacement, complex neurological conditions (Stroke, Parkinson's, MS), and private practice vestibular and concussion rehabilitation. My background education includes a BA in Kinesiology and Health Sciences and a BA in Dance. My professional experiences include working as a physiotherapy assistant, dance teacher and choreographer (ballet, contemporary, and jazz), client and service coordinator, customer service representative, qualitative researcher, and academic publication.
