• Perform assembly, testing and inspection on end item and subassembly units including soldering, bonding, calibration, FTP and ATP testing and inspecting at required I-points using drawings, test, and inspection procedures.• Utilize drawings, parts list, routings, Q.I.P’s, M.O.I’s, process specifications and FTP and ATP documents in Team One and Oracle to perform assembly, testing and inspection. Complete and maintain inspection and test records as required.• Maintain calibration status for all electrical and mechanical testing and measuring equipment and inspect subassemblies and end items for completeness, quality, identification, correct paperwork, and packaging per established quality standards and engineering specifications. Work with Engineering on quality, build and inspection issues. Offer input when necessary to improve processes.• Package and label all completed units and transport to shipping. Perform computer transactions and maintain records for all units throughout build and to shipping. • Prepare KPI summary report and write NCRs for scrap and reworked material using QMS. Give KPI summary report presentations to supervisors, engineers, and value stream managers on a daily basis.• Great team player, detail oriented, strong communication, time management, multitasking and problem-solving skills. Work well under pressure.• Experience with Microsoft Office & Word, Excel, Team One and Oracle.
